  Assign a dispute reason for each created dispute, and an outcome code to closed disputes, that enables you to effectively report on dispute reasons and resolutions.

  Choose if emails of created or closed disputes are automatically sent to the customer.  
  Define a specific email recipient of these emails, and automatically include internal email recipient if needed.

- ### Resolution dates
  
  Define the target resolution date and report on target vs actual dates using any external reporting tool that connects to Business Central.

- ### Mark invoice as bad debt
  
  Mark invoices as bad debts to record it on customers' history. Create a process to deal with bad debts that is tailored to your internal functions.
