  System will automatically track the progress of payment plans based on payments of related invoices. The tracker shows if payments are made on time and what is left to pay.

- ### Automate communication  
  Choose if emails of created or closed payment plans are automatically sent to the customer.
  
  Define a specific email recipient of these emails, and automatically include an internal email recipient if needed.

- ### Spot late repayments  
  Easily track payment plans that are late for agreed payment dates and take actions to avoid even further delays.

- ### Link invoices  
  Link several invoices from the same customer to a single payment plan to make tracking of payment easier. Define one or many repayments on agreed dates and amounts.
