Approval audit trail
Manage and retain approval trail for each fixed asset and easily access the audit trail from the FA card in Business Central, or by using any other external reporting tool that can connect to the system.
Restricted usage
Impose a strict control by restricting usage of unapproved fixed assets. Make sure that any change of sensitive data is followed by approval, before a fixed asset can be used in making payments.
Required fields check
Don't waste your time reviewing a fixed asset sent for approval, that is missing important data. Configure which fields are required to contain a value, and on what conditions, before the fixed asset can be sent for approval.
